Alwar—nestled in the Aravalli hills of Rajasthan—is fast emerging as one of India’s most enchanting wedding destinations. It’s a city that fuses royal heritage with scenic beauty, offering couples everything from palatial backdrops to tranquil farmhouse retreats. But what truly brings these dream weddings to life is the creative direction and logistical expertise of a seasoned Wedding planner in Alwar.

In this spotlight feature, we dive into three real weddings that took place in Alwar—each distinct in theme, tone, and budget, yet unified by meticulous planning and unforgettable moments.

Wedding #1: Rustic Elegance at Udaigarh Farmhouse

Couple: Aditi & Rahul

Guest Count: 250

Theme: “Earthy Rajasthani Chic”

Venue: Udaigarh Farmhouse

Aditi and Rahul, both nature lovers from Delhi, envisioned a wedding that felt intimate, connected to the land, and filled with soul. They chose Udaigarh Farmhouse—an expansive property surrounded by mustard fields and ancient mango trees.

Decor & Ambience

The décor was a blend of rustic and royal. Handwoven jute drapes, brass diyas, and marigold garlands welcomed guests at the entrance. The mandap was set under a 100-year-old banyan tree, with hanging lanterns, banana leaf garlands, and a backdrop of earthen pots and vintage mirrors.

Even the mehndi ceremony was held outdoors with charpoys, cushions, and live flute music that echoed through the grove. A local folk singer serenaded the gathering with classic Rajasthani love ballads while the couple mingled barefoot on the grass.

Food & Experience

Their Wedding planner in Alwar helped them curate an all-vegetarian Rajasthani menu: dal baati churma, gatte ki sabzi, ker sangri, and fresh jalebis from a live counter. For the sangeet, they added a modern touch with an acoustic band flown in from Jaipur.

Planning Highlights

A rain scare threatened the wedding day, but the planner had canopies, generators, and staff ready. The drizzle actually enhanced the ceremony—photos of Aditi smiling beneath a floral umbrella became iconic.

“It felt like nature blessed us,” Aditi said. “Our planner handled every glitch gracefully—we didn’t even know there were issues till after!”

Wedding #2: Regal Grandeur at Neemrana Fort-Palace

Couple: Ishan & Mahek
